Shipping + Returns

Shipping and Timelines:

  • We offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 up to $150 and then its free shipping. 
  • We work to ship out orders within 48 hours after the order has been placed, often it is quicker. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.
  • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
  • Packages are insured for the standard $50 unless buyer pays the additional fee.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Our shipping options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.
  • We are not responsible once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • All international packages are shipped via USPS and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
  • Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
  • International orders are subject to duties/customs fees. We do NOT collect these fees at checkout and if applicable, may be collected at time of delivery. Impressions Online Boutique is not responsible for these fees.
  • Select the items you would like to return, and select if you’d like a refund or store credit.
  • Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.

Returns

  • We are happy to offer hassle free returns on all  item(s) if contacted within 14 days of purchase as long as it is unworn and in new condition, with the tags, if you miss that by a day or two, it's all good. If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/any visible blemishes, or we can tell an item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost. Now, we love our customers and know that will not happen!

 

  • We offer a store credit  in the form of a gift card for items returned 14 days after purchase.  As a small business we ask that you that you help us adhere to our return policies.

 

  • If you live in Colorado Springs, and prefer not to mail your item back you can do a porch drop off and let us know you have left it there. You will receive a refund in your original form of payment.

 

  • If you live outside of Colorado Springs you can mail your item back to us and we will issue you a refund with your original form of payment. Please package items careful and return to:

  • Please Note: Items shipped to us outside of the 14 day return window (without prior approval) or items returned that are worn, soiled or damaged will be donated to a local charity and unfortunately, no exchange or refund will be granted.

     

  • ONLINE EXCLUSIVE RETURN POLICY: 

    Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

    If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

    Returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label

    • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

    All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization code, no worries we will make sure you receive your code via email.

    • Please allow  5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

  • Again, please remember that items damaged by rough wear or improper cleaning/washing/drying will not be accepted for return or refund. All other eligible return items will be refunded on your original form of payment.

 

  • Damaged Items: We do our best to avoid you receiving a damaged item, but it can happen and we are deeply sorry. Simple return the damaged item and you will receive a full refund or the same item if available

 

  • CLEARANCE ITEMS - Because we are offering these items at significant discount. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ON CLEARANCE ITEMS....ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
